U.S. Oil Production on decline

Domestic oil production fell for the second straight week and the third time in the past four weeks, potentially signaling the start of the long-awaited retreat in U.S. output.
The Energy Information Administration's weekly report showed production hit 9.37 million barrels a day last week, a drop of 18,000 barrels from the prior week.
