Baker Hughes reports that North America gained 7 active rigs last week.

-2 offshore U.S.
Rigs drilling for oil declined by 4 and rigs drilling for gas increased by 2.
Rigs drilling for oil peaked at 1,609 in early October, 2014 and is now down to 631. < This is not enough to keep U.S. oil production from falling.
