Oil Prices: Gartman turns bullish

In his 30 years of trading, commodities king Dennis Gartman has seen all types of markets. And now he says he's the most bullish he's ever been on crude oil.

Listen carefully what he says about China.
The two questions I keep getting are (1) How will the Iranian Nuke Deal impact oil supply and (2) How will a softer Chinese economy impact oil demand.
IMO both issues are overblown concerns. The Chinese economy may be slowing, but is not shrinking.
