Working gas in storage was 3,956 Bcf as of Friday, November 27, 2015, according to EIA estimates. This represents a net decline of 53 Bcf from the previous week. Stocks were 543 Bcf higher than last year at this time and 247 Bcf above the five-year average of 3,709 Bcf.
This draw was 10 Bcf more than the "experts" were expecting.
Natural gas production has rolled over (see new Range Resources presentation), so the U.S. gas market should tighten up in Q1 when LNG exports start.
