I have been thinking of putting a small amount of money into ERX, the ETF that goes up or down 3X the move in oil. You have said that you expect the market will be in balance on or about mid-2016. I presume that oil will start moving up some time before that actually happens (am I right about that?). With that in mind, what signs should we look for to indicate that the price of oil has stablized and, therefore, we should consider putting some additional money into the space? Thx.

Go to this link and study the presentation carefully:

Be aware that ERX is a wild ride, not for the faint of heart.

Thx, but I tried to get to the suggested site by nawar, and I simply could not. If you have a moment, could you please give us a thumbnail summary? Thx.

Cut and paste it into your web browser. It is a long presentation. Basically it confirms the TPH view that global oil markets will balance in 6-9 months.

Thx. I read the presentation, and you and he are certainly in sync. In the past, have share prices started to move up before the mkt was actually in balance or not until it was clear that the mkt was in balance?
