It's hard to put a positive spin on that report. Even the strong ones such as EOG, COP, CXO and HES are on that list.

In the early 1900s Rockefeller drove competitors across the street from his new gas stations broke. He sold his gasoline from his refineries below cost He then bought all the stations with no conscious at bankrupt prices
Are not the Saudi's and Kuwaitis doing the same thing?????????
