escobar's take on Saudi 'adventure' capital

I'm sure Saudi Arabia doesn't mind the fact that low oil price are hurting Russia, but it is sure costing them a lot cash. My take is that they've now taken it this far and they want to make sure non-OPEC production is on steep decline before they take their foot off the gas petal. A few more months should do that.
I would rate Iran as their #1 enemy.
