Keep in mind that Q1 is always the low point of the year for global oil demand. The El Nino winter also softened demand. Demand always spikes in the summer.

If the OECD stock draws continue, IEA will turn more bullish on oil prices.

In the last cycle (2008-2010) IEA was way behind the curve. They grossly underestimated demand growth in 2010 and I think they are doing it again. I think we will see a big surge in demand this summer.
