I guess sm went down today because of their announcement of $500mm in new debt. Does this have any impact on your valuation?
No, the assets they acquired are worth more. I increased interest expense to take higher debt level into consideration.
Assets being acquired add 5,000 Boepd at closing and a heck of a lot of running room.
