Three of our Sweet 16 companies are the Top Picks in this article.

The Sweet 16 is focused on "growth". Upstream companies with strong balance sheets & access to capital, a commitment to growing production and proven reserves, and lots of running room in their leasehold inventory are what we want to own.
Today production mix is also very important. I show the production mix of each company in the Sweet 16 at the bottom of their forecast models. I also show their realized prices (including cash settlements on hedges) for oil, gas and NGLS at the bottom of each forecast model.
