Don't forget lads, these are all "funny numbers" don't ignore the 800,150 K recent jobs report downward adjustment. Believe your gut. BS numbers until proven different. We are still paying $4.50 plus in gas in California, unless you shop at Costco where you pay $4.00. Cheers

I saw some stuff today on renewable diesel increases which is highly subsidized (by us) increased 100K BOPD which makes up the difference on diesel decline. Subsidies are several bucks per gallon.....

I found the import export numbers interesting because our imports over exports were much higher than usual.... I am not an expert so this is just a surface observation.

I am an ERO Copper fan, they have gold and copper mines in Brazil, new mine coming on line in 2024 with another in the next couple of years.
A friend of mine just visited Brazil, he said it is "amazing" how well it is developing.

I have spent a lot of time studying ERO and related markets over the last year. Copper has been killed by the China recovery, subsequently ERO is down ~50% from July for no good reason. They are producing Gold and Copper in Brazil have a new mine coming on next year, have been profitable for a while...

Shares outstanding from Q-1 to Q-2 were down 1.9 Million
Stock Price from Jan 1 to today was up 29.5%.
Plus I got .5% Dividends
Plus I made ~5% on Covered calls since December
I am not complaining......
