US commercial oil storage reported a larger than normal draw for this time of the year of –5.8 mln bbl. Storage volumes (425.1 mln bbl) are now below the minimum over the last 5-years.

If the Lovina wells are at or near the performance of the Alicia Renee wells than a Q3 production of 6.5-7.0 K BoE/d is possible.
