I don't understand this new CIVI bond deal with a 9 5/8% coupon, should I buy it and/or close my position in the common? Which is more or less flat but paying about 7>2%.

What is Diversified Energy (DEC)? Apparently it just got an NYSE listing and is starting to get analyst coverage. People on VF have been talking about its odd structure for months. I have not bought any, but am tempted by its yield.

Just cast my fourth online ballot on this which I got in separate emails over the past few weeks. I also got two phone calls at home. I think this process is so complex that a lot of retail holders are going to get confused and vote the way they might not want to. Look for surprises at that meeting....

I don't understand this issue. Just ignored the ballot.

It sounds like one of their businesses is cleaning up and plugging abandoned wells in the Marcellus.
I don't understand why they had a foreign listing, or changed it recently.

Wish I could feel positive about Talos, it's bias I know, I have grown to distrust foreign countries,
and I'm a New Yorker and we should be inclusive. I do have green positions in IPOOF. (very) green in HMENF.

Tried and failed to sign into SA, even tho I thought I had a free account there opened years ago. I have never figured out if SA is respectable or pump & dump-- guess it depends on the individual contributor. In any case, it does not not seemed to help my position in MNRL.

My concern was mostly for tax reasons. Apparently the merger became completed today, because TDAmeritrade is listing NFX as an 'invalid symbol'.
I guess they don't recognize whatever is the symbol of the company that bought it,
because they are pretending the 300 shares I had in NFX doesn't exist.

Today is the first cool day in New York this fall--- all this season, we've had warm Indian summer weather, as I walk to work I saw men in shirtsleeves on the sidewalk right up until Friday---- I'm sure NY gas traders notice this, even as they get weather reports from everywhere.
