Denbury Resources (DNR)

Post by dan_s »

DNR is no longer in the Sweet 16 only because their production growth dipped below 10%, but I still like it A LOT and recommend it for long-term investors. I think when it becomes clear to Wall Street that DNR is serious about raising dividends year-after-year, the stock price will increase steadily. DNR has high quality long-term crude oil reserves.

My Fair Value Estimate is over $25/share. We will be publishing an updated profile on the company in May after I see Q1 results.

Denbury never seems to get any love from Wall Street. Held their shares for a while, but it was pretty dead money, so I sold.

FWIW, I did not some helium-related business with them and was quite unimpressed by the folks with whom I did business.
