Re: OAS beats
On March 5, 2014, the Company completed the Sanish Divestiture for cash proceeds of approximately $321.9 million, including, and subject to further, customary post close adjustments, and recognized a gain of $183.4 million.
I should have the forecast model updated by noon. I think OAS will be a BIG WINNER for us the rest of this year. They beat my forecast and Q2 is already looking good.

Additionally, the Company had 15 rigs running and had a backlog of gross operated wells waiting on completion of 25 wells in West Williston and 22 wells in East Nesson as of March 31, 2014.
They are going to have a lot of these wells on-line by end of Q2. Q3 production should really jump.

Oasis Petroleum (OAS): An updated Net Income & Cash Flow Forecast model has been posted under the Sweet 16 Tab.
My Fair Value Estimate is $70.50/share. It will be going up if they keep beating my production forecast. As posted above, they should be completing a lot of high rate wells this quarter, so 2nd half production should ramp up sharply.
