Torchlight Energy is really going to pound the pavement to get their story out there. We are going to publish a profile on the company, but I want to see another quarter of actual results. Just wanted to let you guys know. Sometime these micro-caps can make a move on a promotional tour like this. I will say that if they come anywhere close to their production target of 2,000 boepd by year-end, this puppy has a lot of upside. - Dan

TRCH has to report strong production growth this year to justify their market valuation. At our luncheon in Dallas they said production would be close to 2,000 boepd by year-end. They said they are participating in 90+ gross wells this year. Keep in mind that "gross" and "net" are two very different things.
TRCH is definitely a very high risk / high reward investment. Very speculative at this point. This is why I posted that I need at least another quarter of actual results before I can begin to build a forecast model.

Husky Ventures is a private E&P based in OK. They have Areas of Mutual Interest (AMI) with Gastar, Torchlight and others. Not much else I can add. There results in the Hunton have been impressive so far. Gastar now has a big stake in that play.
