Range Resources (RRC) is one of the companies on our Watch List. They have announced that they are selling their Barnett Shale assets. The sale will probably happen in Q1 at a price in the $1.5 Billion range. Cash will be used to accelerate their Marcellus Shale drilling program. They are focused on developing the part of the Marcellus that is rich in liquids.
