Market Timing

Post by dan_s »

The stock market has survived world wars, a Great Depression, a Great Recession, oil embargoes and enormous one-day crashes. If you need your money soon, take some chips off the table so Mr. Market isn't deciding your fate. But if you're a long-term investor, worrying about the market is for the birds.

Good advice: http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/col ... /16218337/

On any given day, the reason a stock goes up or down is the ratio of Buyers to Sellers.

Today crude oil prices were steady, holding gains from yesterday, and natural gas prices were up (closing over $4.00/mcf) However, all of our Sweet 16 were down. One thing I am sure of, the Sweet 16 are all going to report solid 3rd quarter results.
