light stream vs lnco
light stream vs lnco
light stream is yielding 15.5 and lnco is yielding 12.2%. Dan ,any comments on how to decide which one to get? which one is likely to raise their dividend in the future? I think lnco coverage ratio is above one although I done know how hedged all the new production is. Are correct to assume oil has a higher ceiling in the future therefore lightstream has a higher probability for a raise?
Re: light stream vs lnco
Lightstream reports 3rd quarter results this week. "Adjusted EPS" should be around $0.10 and "Reported Earnings" will be much higher because of the big gain on their derivatives. Regardless of what they report for earnings, cash flows from operations and cash from asset sales should be more than enough to pay the current dividend and fund their capital program.
I don't know INCO.

LINE and LNCO will be fine.
All of above should be able to maintain their current dividends unless oil goes a lot lower and stays there.
