PXD is a good company. In fact, it was in our Sweet 16 a few years ago. About a year ago I compared it to CXO and decided to put CXO into the Sweet 16.
dan, i also do not get seeking alpha emails and it wasn't voluntary. went to their website and looked at my account and it said my email was no good--i reinstated it to no avail.
i now use the portfolio i set up on their website and see all the articles that would have been sent to me.
