Bod Schultz stepping down two more (Stoneburner and Newman) not re-upping. What's up with that?

The announcement did not seem to impact the share price much. NFX is up $6 in the last 30 days. Maybe these guys just want to play more golf. It will be interesting to see who replaces them.

My Fair Value Estimate for NFX is $45/share. Operating cash flow per share should be around $7.00 in 2015.
