the dollar index was down almost 2% today--helping that oil rally i,m sure. one of several factors causing the shorts to look for the exits.

i believe we have a bottom. we closed above the previous low spot of 43.58 which is very bullish. candlestick today is bullish engulfing pattern.

after mkt, the dollar is still going down---now down 2.8% wow---tremendous one day move.
