What do you make of CEO Shearer unloading a huge boatload of his shares recently? A sign of no confidence in the near future, an estate planning sale, or something else?
EMES question
Re: EMES question
As posted earlier, I don't judge why insiders sell. Like all of us, they should diversify their own portfolios.
It is going to be a down year for EMES and HCLP, but they should be able to maintain reasonably good dividends. They should gain market share during this period and I expect them both to be in good shape heading into 2016 as drilling picks up. Demand for their high quality frac sand is not going away.
