I don't think I can jump into any of these until I see that oil price stabilize. I'd rather be a little late than too early. These are all falling knives right now.

In mid-2009 there were three tests of the low for crude oil prices before the serious rebound back to the trend line. I believe this is the 3rd test of the low this cycle.
