Devon Energy (DVN) price target was lowered to $67 from $69 at Jefferies, which reiterated its "buy" rating.
Devon Energy slowed activity in the Eagle Ford during the second quarter, as its partner (BHP) decreased activity, the firm noted.
"Devon Energy exited the quarter with only five rigs running and averaged only one completion crew during the second quarter," Jefferies analysts said.
