Reuters Reports that: U.S. oil output on brink of "dramatic" decline, executives say

EIA weekly numbers are not much more than a guess, but FWIW they said U.S. crude oil production was 9,096,000 barrels per day during the week that ended 9/25/2015 compared to 9,337,000 for the week that ended 8/21/2015.
My SWAG is that when actuals are reported for the last week of September, U.S. production will be under 9,000,000 BOPD and the rate of decline is going to accelerate FAST in the 4th quarter. My 12/31/2015 U.S. production could be less than 8,500,000 BOPD, a drop of more than a million barrels per day in nine months.
This is going to get a lot more attention.
