MEMP Memorial Production downgraded to Sell from Buy at UBS
UBS analyst Shneur Gershuni double downgraded Memorial Production Partners LP to Sell from Buy saying the partnership is likely to take distributions down in 2015 in order to retain cash flow. The analyst expects the recent trend of distribution cuts despite excess coverage will gain momentum in the Upstream Space. He cut his price target for shares to $5 from $8. :theflyonthewall.com

Take a look at the hedge table at the bottom of our forecast model for MEMP and you will see why they will survive and probably can keep paying dividends. You can find it under the MLP tab.
