Evening Dan. Do you know of any other MLP companies that have sub a company like Linn Energy does, that pays a dividend when able. I would rather deal with a 1099 instead of a K-1 for tax purposes. Thanks

Take a look at preferred stocks of GST, CPE and EPM. Dividends are tax deferred return in of capital and you just get a 1099.
