It is wise to compare the Equal Chances and Neutral lines in Joe B's FX and the CPC's. I see a fairly different result in potential NG use this winter between the 2. For what it is worth, I recently attended a conference where the Washington State Climatologist spoke. One of the things he said was that the past strong El Niño's have always been followed by strong La Nina's the following winter.

You should all be checking Dr. Bastardi's weekly weather updates. Here is the link to his 11/28 update.

He is now forecasting a winter storm tracking from New Mexico, across the South and up the East Coast around mid-December. If so, that is bullish for natural gas demand.
