Didn't the market already know this would happen?
TEHRAN (Reuters) - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Monday after a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Bijan Zanganeh that Iran is still insisting on a recovery in its oil output before any possible production freeze.
Novak also said a meeting between OPEC and independent oil producers with an aim to finalize a tentative agreement on an output freeze to prop up crude oil prices is likely to take place in April, possibly in Doha.
