Lonestar Resources (LNREF)

Post by dan_s »

Lonestar should be trading on NASDAQ under the symbol LONE on July 5.

Current trading volume on LNREF is very low. That will change on July 5. Many fund managers will take a hard look at this small-cap and they will like what they see. Lonestar's common stock trades today at just over 2X cash flow per share from operations. Its peers are trading at 4X to 8X CFPS.

Many funds cannot own stocks that trade only on the pink sheets and many more cannot own stocks that trade under $5.00.

My valuation of LNREF is $11.80/share. Improving oil & gas prices should take my valuation over $15.00/share.

Lonestar Resources will be hosting our Houston luncheon at The Hess Club on July 26.

Went to add to a position in LNREF today and have been told by Ameritrade that
they're no longer able to trade it since it now has a transitional designation
(Q5638R119) in prep for the debut on July 8th. Don't know if other
brokers are still able to trade it.

I sold some this morning via my Fidelity account, trading on the Brexit bounce, so they are open for business.

Still holding a core position for the anticipated mid term growth.

Ameritrade adds that the new shares will be subject to a 2:1 reverse split.
This is news to me.

As of this afternoon, says Ameritrade, the shares are not trading at all.
