Oil prices have very little impact on GPOR's revenues. It is a "gasser". You can find their product mix at the bottom of the forecast model under their logo on the EPG website.

For all of you: It is VERY IMPORTANT for you to know the product mix of the companies you invest in. Some of these companies have very little exposure to oil prices.

Natural gas prices are definitely going to be higher in a few months, but "Mr. Market" often does not look beyond the next few days.

Despite the fact that natural gas and (to a lesser extent) NGLs have much different market fundamentals, the "gassers" often move in the same direction with the companies that are heavily weighted to oil. IMO these are buying opportunities for those of us that believe natural gas prices are going higher.

Based on GPOR's operations update that was released on July 14, the company should report solid Q2 results. A high percentage of their gas is sold with a SWAP at $3.20/mcf for the remainder of 2016.

If natural gas moves over $3.50/mcf by January, my valuation of GPOR will move to $50/share.

Dan, have you had a chance to look at the recent report from last night? I've been trying to be patient with that one but my patience is not paying off. Please let me know what you think. Thanks.
