Iceland in the rear view mirrow

Susan and I returned from Iceland late on Monday night. Unless you like cold nasty weather and depressing landscape, don't go to Iceland. Also, it is one of the most expensive place on earth to visit. We go there only because my younger son married a girl from Iceland and our two granddaughters live there.

Back at the desk today catching up.

I hope to get a luncheon at the Hess Club set up for October 26.

Iceland is a lot better in July, was there a week in 2005.

We were there in June two years ago and it rained 7 of the 9 days. It has a "cute" downtown area and the people are very nice.
