We will be sending out an updated profile on NFX later today. I have increased my valuation to $63.00/share, which compares to First Call's price target of $52.88.
I don't think Wall Street fully understands the incredible upside that Newfield has in Oklahoma's STACK play. Well level economics are FANTASTIC in STACK, even at today's low oil price and Newfield is getting much better results than the industry average on their extended reach laterals.
For those of you that own Gastar Exploration (GST): IMO, Newfield is the most likely company to make a move to takeover GST.

Great report. These guys are minting money from an IRR standpoint. At some point it will be reflected in the stock price
