From Saturday to Sunday the temps in Dallas are going to drop 50 degrees and remain cold all next week. Lows down to 20 in the suburbs north of Dallas.

Cold like this in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana (where more than 95% of homes are heated with gas) will cause a big draw from storage. Two weeks from today, gas in storage will be close to the 5-year average. BTW we use a LOT MORE GAS than we did five years ago.

Also, in his daily update he says the week after Christmas will warm back to normal but then January will see a return of cold across the eastern half of the U.S.
