Bad news is that another tropical storm may develop in the Gulf of Mexico next week. It is not expected to become a hurricane, but we sure don't need more rain a week from now in Houston.

The big wave of low pressure coming off West Africa now will probably develop into a hurricane that heads up the East Coast in 10-15 feet.
