Strong Demand for refined products from U.S.

U.S. refiners are two to three weeks from being totally recovered from Hurricane Harvey. By mid-October they should be running at 95% to 96% of rated capacity, which means we will see BIG DRAWS from U.S. crude oil storage during the 4th quarter.
