Actually the data show that earth as a whole has been experiencing record-breaking warmth, esp.
the last few years. Local anomalies are why the call it "climate change." Check it out.

Let me remind all of you that we have only had semi-accurate global temperature readings for the last few decades.

So .... when someone says this is the warmest or coldest period in centuries, there is no way to confirm it. IMO "Global Warming" or "Climate Change" stuff is nonsense put out by politicians to spread FEAR. By keeping the folks afraid, the politicians can control us. My rule: NEVER believe what comes out of Washington.

For those of you in the Global Warming camp: None of the crap that Al Gore put out has come to pass. There are still lots of polar bears running around in Greenland, that BTW is still covered by lots of ice.
