NGL Fractionation and Cryo

I'm doing some revenue modeling and I have 2 questions :

1) What is the average cost per gallon or per barrel charged to fractionate NGLs, say at Mount Belvieu (by ETP, for example, or any other)?
2) What is the average cost per MCF charged by a Cryo facility to extract the NGL liquids.

Rough numbers or a range is fine.
