At Tuesday's luncheon in Dallas, two of our members said that they are not receiving emails from us. We send out at least two emails per week, so I had Sabrina look into the problem. Below is her note that was sent through our regular gmail account. If you have ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ACCOUNT OR ACCESS TO OUR WEBSITE, contact Sabrina at energyprospectus@gmail.com - Dan

Good Morning!


We wanted to email you and let you know that, over the last few months, we have switched most of our emails over to a new email address/service. For most of our members, this has been a seamless switch. However, if you have noticed that you are no longer receiving emails from EPG, you will want to add "info@energyprospectus.com" to your contact list.


Our emails are now being sent through an email service called "MailChimp" so there is a possibility that our emails are being filtered into your "promotion," "junk," or "spam" folders. If this is happening, you should be able to locate any recent email from us in one of those folders and mark it as "Not Spam," "Not Promotion," or "Safe" so that future emails will be delivered to your "inbox".


We are sorry for any problems this may have caused and hope that these steps will allow you to resolve these issues. If you do these steps and still show you are not receiving our emails, please respond immediately so we can look into this further.
