Natural Gas Price - June 11

The July NYMEX contract closed at $2.96/MMbtu today. I expect Thursday's gas storage report to show a widening gap to the 5-year average storage level. That should push the front month contract over $3.00.
The chance of storage getting back to the 5-year average before the next winter gets lower with each HOT day in Texas. I drove to Dallas today and my car showed 100+ degrees the entire trip.
