Reuters: "According to three sources familiar with the issue, OPEC and its partners are discussing a proposal to cut oil output by up to 1.4 million barrels per day for 2019, to avert an oversupply that would weaken prices."

OPEC will meet on December 6 in Vienna to finalize the terms of the output cut.
