Oil Price Forecast - Jan 4

S&P Global Platts ( https://www.spglobal.com/platts/en ) is now forecasting that oil will average $58/bbl in 2019. Considering that oil began the year at $45/bbl it means that they expect it to move over $70/bbl by year-end or move very quickly back to $60/bbl. My guess, assuming OPEC+ moves quickly to their 1.2 MMBOPD production cuts, I think we see both.
