Sundance Energy (SNDE) Update - Nov 29

Post by dan_s »

There was a 100:1 reverse stock split from the ASX shares to the new NASDAQ shares.

The shares previously trading on NASDAQ were ADRs which had a 10:1 exchange ratio, those have now been replaced by the new NASDAQ shares and if you are just looking at that it would indeed look like there was a 10:1 reverse split (each ADR was 10 ASX Shares, every 100 ASX shares received 1 new NASDAQ shares…so (1*10)/100 is the math).

Looks like it opened around $0.103 cents on Friday.
And closed about $10.76 dollars.

In the past this hasn't worked out well for companies.
Probably be below a dollar in a couple of weeks??

To be clear, I have no opinion on SNDE since I've had no time to look at it closely. All I know is that it is a profitable Eagle Ford company.

Third quarter net sales volumes were 1,251,144 boe or 13,599 boe per day. This represents an increase of ~22% as compared to the same period for the prior year.
Third quarter sales volumes were ~64% oil, ~20% gas and ~16% NGLs.
