MNRL is a C-Corp. minerals company that is being added to our High Yield Income Portfolio in our May 26 newsletter.

Based on my forecast, this year's dividend payout should be approximately $1.20 which is 9.4% annual dividend yield based on the May 22 closing price of $12.80. Like Viper Energy Partners (VNOM) it is a "variable dividend payer" that distributes a high percentage of cash flow from operations each quarter.
