Change to the "Elite Eight" - Oct 10

I have decided to add Devon Energy (DVN) to our "Elite Eight". It replaces Parsley Energy (PE) just because of the size of the company.
PE is still a Strong Buy with a valuation of $17.00.

Size matters in the is business and the "Elite Eight" are all rock solid large-caps that should be core holdings in any portfolio.
The Elite Eight are highlighted on the Sweet 16 main spreadsheet. They are XEC, CXO, CLR, DVN, EOG, FANG, PXD and RRC. EQT and OVV are right below them.
