Late last year your estimate for crk was around $18, its currently much lower. What are the major factors that caused the price estimate drop? Whats their path back to $18?

Somewhat disappointing production in Q3 2020 took the valuation down. Natural gas prices moving back over $3.00 this summer should push up the share price. All of the "gassers" are just off the Wall Street "radar screen" these days. If you watched the AEGIS webinar last week you know how tight the U.S. gas and NGL markets are going to be in a few months.

If CRK hits the midpoint of their 2021 production guidance they will be fine and draw a lot of attention.
