Just to be clear, Hemisphere Energy is not in the Sweet 16.
I do have a HIGH level of confidence in my forecast/valuation model for this company because they have a very simple business plan, very low decline rate on their core area (Atlee Buffalo), strong free cash flow that is going to pay off all of their debt and a project underway that can significantly increase their proved reserves.
My valuation of HME.V is $1.92Cdn, which translates to approximately $1.50US for HMENF.
If WTI stays over $70/bbl and the polymer flood works as expected, my valuations could will increase by at least 50%.
