Solaris is in our Small-Cap Growth Portfolio. It has been a rough couple of years for the company because upstream companies have cut back so much on their drilling & completion program. I believe there will be a significant increase in drilling budgets in 2022. In 2019, SOI reported earnings per share of $2.07 and operating cash flow per share of $5.14. If they get back to half of those numbers in 2022 the share price should more than double.

SOI is trading for $7.36 today. First Call's price target is $10.93

SOI pays a nice dividend, which it can maintain because it is free cash flow positive and debt free.

(NYSE:SOI) ("Solaris") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.105 per share of Class A common stock, to be paid on September 24, 2021 to holders of record as of September 14, 2021. A distribution of $0.105 per unit has also been approved for holders of units in Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, LLC, which is subject to the same payment and record dates.
