Apparently, there is a gasoline shortage in the UK because of a lack of fuel delivery drivers. There have been many gas station closures, and lines of cars waiting to enter those still open. The UK gov't is inviting "temporary" workers into the country to drive the trucks.
Just what the UK needs; drivers from who knows where with who knows what experience driving gasoline trucks around the UK. One has to wonder if Boris Johnson is another Joe Biden only with a lousy hair stylist.

You clearly misinterpreted Boris' statement. I believe he was acknowledging the fact that Biden does his best work when he is sleeping which, as you correctly mention, he was at the time.
Scarier still, is the most recent poll showing that 46% of the voters polled think Biden is doing a good to very good job. God help us.
